\tINUA AI Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary\u00a0Managing Director, INUA Nexus (Global Business Services)\u00a0to lead and scale its\u00a0AI-powered Global Business Services (GBS) division.<\/p>\n
This role carries\u00a0full P&L responsibility\u00a0and is accountable for transforming INUA Nexus into a\u00a0Tier 1 global outsourcing and intelligent operations partner, delivering services across:<\/p>\n
\tCybersecurity support services
\n\tAI data services and annotation
\n\tIT support and technical services
\n\tCustomer experience (CX) and contact center operations
\n\tThe Managing Director will drive\u00a0revenue growth, global expansion, operational excellence, and workforce transformation, positioning INUA Nexus as a\u00a0market leader in AI-enabled outsourcing.
\n\tThe Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a technically proficient project manager with strong Agile delivery experience who can effectively coordinate engineers, developers, field services teams, and third-party partners. The ideal candidate can lead projects using a primarily Agile\/sprint-based delivery model, translating technical requirements into actionable plans, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes\u2014while possessing sufficient technical understanding to engage credibly with technical teams and customers.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth<\/p>\n
\tDefine and execute the global growth strategy for INUA Nexus (GBS)
\n\tOwn and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets
\n\tBuild and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline (US, UK, EU, Middle East, Africa)
\n\tSecure high-value enterprise and government contracts
\n\tEstablish strategic partnerships across BPO, AI, and cybersecurity ecosystems<\/p>\n
P&L Ownership & Financial Performance<\/p>\n
\tOwn full Profit & Loss (P&L) for INUA Nexus
\n\tDrive revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization
\n\tDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
\n\tEnsure sustainable and scalable business performance<\/p>\n
Global Service Delivery Excellence<\/p>\n
\tOversee end-to-end service delivery operations across all GBS verticals
\n\tEnsure SLA adherence, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
\n\tImplement AI-driven delivery models and automation frameworks
\n\tDrive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and service quality<\/p>\n
Operational Scale & Infrastructure Development<\/p>\n
\tLead the expansion of delivery centers (Nairobi, Konza, Webuye, and global locations)
\n\tScale workforce from hundreds to thousands of employees
\n\tDesign and implement a standardized global GBS operating model
\n\tOptimize resource allocation and operational efficiency<\/p>\n
Talent & Workforce Strategy<\/p>\n
\tBuild and lead a high-performing, globally competitive workforce
\n\tIntegrate with INUA Hub and INUA AI Human Capital for talent pipeline development
\n\tChampion impact sourcing and youth employment initiatives
\n\tDevelop leadership capability across all levels of the organization<\/p>\n
AI Integration & Innovation<\/p>\n
\tEmbed AI and automation into all service delivery functions
\n\tCollaborate with Quantum Synapse AI to integrate: Quantum Shield, Quantum Strike and Managed SOC capabilities
\n\tPosition INUA Nexus as an AI-powered GBS leader, not a traditional BPO<\/p>\n
Governance, Risk & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with global standards: GDPR, ISO 27001 \/ 27701, and SOC 2
\n\tMaintain audit-ready operations and enterprise-grade security practices
\n\tOversee risk management and regulatory compliance<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
\n\tMBA or equivalent executive qualification (preferred)<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t10\u201315+ years in: Global Business Services (GBS) \/ BPO \/ Outsourcing and Consulting or enterprise service delivery
\n\tProven experience: Leading large-scale operations across multiple geographies, Managing P&L and delivering revenue growth and Closing enterprise-level deals
\n\tExperience with AI-enabled services or digital transformation (highly preferred)<\/p>\n
