The role ensures consistency, accuracy, and client satisfaction in all HR processes.<\/p>\n<p>Key ResponsibilitiesClient<\/p>\n<p>Account Support &amp; Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tServe as the primary operational support contact for assigned client accounts.<br \/>\n\tMaintain structured communication with clients on HR activities, deliverables, and updates.<br \/>\n\tTrack and follow up on client action points to ensure closure and accountability.<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.<br \/>\n\tConduct preliminary candidate assessments (availability, salary expectations, suitability).<br \/>\n\tPrepare interview reports and support hiring recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Lifecycle &amp; HR Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tFacilitate onboarding processes including contract preparation, documentation, and induction coordination.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate employee records (contracts, personal data, compliance documents).<br \/>\n\tSupport offboarding processes including exit documentation, clearance, and final dues coordination.<\/p>\n<p>Payroll &amp; Statutory Support<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist in payroll data collection, validation, and submission for processing.<br \/>\n\tTrack attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs for accuracy.<br \/>\n\tSupport statutory compliance processes (NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, Housing Levy).<\/p>\n<p>Training &amp; Employee Development<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport training needs assessments (TNA) data collection and analysis.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate training logistics including participant communication and attendance tracking.<br \/>\n\tAssist in post-training evaluations and reporting.<\/p>\n<p>HR Compliance &amp; Employee Relations<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary processes.<br \/>\n\tDraft HR correspondence including memos, warnings, and notices.<br \/>\n\tTrack employee issues and escalate appropriately to account leads.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Data Management<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare structured HR reports (recruitment status, headcount, turnover, attendance).<br \/>\n\tMaintain HR dashboards and trackers for assigned accounts.<br \/>\n\tEnsure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation standards.<\/p>\n<p>Operational Efficiency &amp; Process Improvement<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements.<br \/>\n\tSupport implementation of HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS platforms).<br \/>\n\tStandardize documentation and workflows across client accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Qualification<\/p>\n<p>3.
