\tTo provide structured, responsive, and high-quality HR operational support to assigned client accounts by coordinating service delivery across recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, and employee lifecycle management. The role ensures consistency, accuracy, and client satisfaction in all HR processes.<\/p>\n
Key ResponsibilitiesClient<\/p>\n
Account Support & Coordination<\/p>\n
\tServe as the primary operational support contact for assigned client accounts.
\n\tMaintain structured communication with clients on HR activities, deliverables, and updates.
\n\tTrack and follow up on client action points to ensure closure and accountability.<\/p>\n
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
\n\tConduct preliminary candidate assessments (availability, salary expectations, suitability).
\n\tPrepare interview reports and support hiring recommendations.<\/p>\n
Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate onboarding processes including contract preparation, documentation, and induction coordination.
\n\tMaintain accurate employee records (contracts, personal data, compliance documents).
\n\tSupport offboarding processes including exit documentation, clearance, and final dues coordination.<\/p>\n
Payroll & Statutory Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist in payroll data collection, validation, and submission for processing.
\n\tTrack attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs for accuracy.
\n\tSupport statutory compliance processes (NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, Housing Levy).<\/p>\n
Training & Employee Development<\/p>\n
\tSupport training needs assessments (TNA) data collection and analysis.
\n\tCoordinate training logistics including participant communication and attendance tracking.
\n\tAssist in post-training evaluations and reporting.<\/p>\n
HR Compliance & Employee Relations<\/p>\n
\tSupport implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary processes.
\n\tDraft HR correspondence including memos, warnings, and notices.
\n\tTrack employee issues and escalate appropriately to account leads.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Data Management<\/p>\n
\tPrepare structured HR reports (recruitment status, headcount, turnover, attendance).
\n\tMaintain HR dashboards and trackers for assigned accounts.
\n\tEnsure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation standards.<\/p>\n
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tIdentify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements.
\n\tSupport implementation of HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS platforms).
\n\tStandardize documentation and workflows across client accounts.<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/p>\n
3. Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\tMinimum 1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in HR operations, HR consulting, or HR outsourcing.
\n\tExposure to recruitment, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management.
\n\tExperience supporting multiple clients or departments is an added advantage.<\/p>\n

\tHRIS systems and digital HR tools.
\n\tRecruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
\n\tPayroll support processes and statutory compliance.
\n\tMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
\n\tProblem-solving and responsiveness.
\n\tConfidentiality and integrity.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts.<\/p>\n
