\tHybrid – Required to work on site a minimum of 2 days per week

The role is responsible for supporting the projects operational excellence and execution of quality and standards by providing wide ranging administrative and operational support. The role is also accountable for collecting and managing data, facilitating trainings and meetings, coordinating timely reports, documenting results, liaising with partners, and organizing key events.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Do <\/p>\n
\tProvides moderate financial management support, which may include assisting with team budget management, monitoring of labor trackers, preparation and tracking of small budgets, reconciling and re-classing expenses, financial analysis, subaward management, preparing donor invoices, procurement and payment of consultants, vendors, subrecipients and other services, and management and reconciliation of team purchasing card.
\n\tMonitors and ensures smooth operational and programmatic execution of small projects or low-complexity network members\/countries, including monitoring of agreement modifications, workplans and deliverables in coordination with immediate team members, network or country project team members, and global technical and service department.
\n\tConducts regular visits to project sites to collect data and monitor project activities, ensuring quality of data.
\n\tCoordinates periodic project\u202freporting, work planning, and detailed activity planning while supporting the team to perform at their highest capacity.
\n\tWork across departments to produce monthly update reports, disseminate lessons learned to implementing partners and the PSI team in the regions; synthesize information (from DHIS2 and other platforms) and package to help the team prepare for meetings and presentations.
\n\tSupport the execution of demand generation activities and campaigns, both digital and non-digital, against set timelines using appropriate planning and task management tools.
\n\tProvides routine administrative support for daily operations, project management, and general functioning of assigned portfolio. May include coordinating meetings, note-taking, booking travel, editing, or ad hoc requests for information.
\n\tProvides support for knowledge management activities, including the design of tools and systems for knowledge management and information tracking, creation and maintenance of internal filing systems, and administration of online communications site(s). Assists with drafting, editing and coordinating communications materials.
\n\tAssists with new business development opportunities.

What You’ll Bring <\/p>\n
\tAssociate’s degree (or international equivalent) in a related field
\n\tBachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field preferred
\n\tAt least 3 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication .
\n\tStrong computer skills in MS Office applications .
\n\tExcellent organizational and administrative skills with special attention to detail and timeliness .
\n\tStrong quantitative skills, with emphasis on working with budgets and spreadsheets.
\n\tRelevant language skills per country and program portfolio including fluency in English and Swahili .
\n\tDemonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment .
\n\tAbility to manage diverse workstreams efficiently and effectively.
\n\tTraining and\/or experience in vaccination, public health , healthcare, social sciences, or development work preferred

PSI is offering the following gross annual salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location: <\/p>\n
\tFor Kenya (paid in Ksh ): Ksh 1,300,000 (minimum) – Ksh 2,000,000 (midpoint) – Ksh 2,500,000 (maximum)
\n\tFor applicants applying outside of the US: P lease note that those hired outside of the US will be employed through the local PSI office. Pay and benefits will be commensurate with the role and practices of the local office, including payment in local currency. Details will be provided during interview process.<\/p>\n
