About the Role<\/p>\n
\tSeeking a professional with 2+ years\u2019 experience to lead retail operations. You will use your sales expertise to manage teams, deliver exceptional service, and drive impact.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAchieve sales, repayment and impact targets for your zone.
\n\tManage multiple channel performance through the entire business cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary contact for all zonal performance.
\n\tProvide technical support and training to Duka Assistants and Field Agents by setting up and facilitating weekly meetings.
\n\tDefine and manage work planning for Duka Assistants and Field Agents
\n\tOversee and execute inventory ordering, data entry and merchandising.
\n\tOversee the control environment at the Duka
\n\tActively build your teams through hiring, training and performance management
\n\tSupporting planning and implementation of promotion programs for your zone.
\n\tAssist customers in understanding their needs, articulate key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys, and generally display a passion for our program.
\n\tSupport your team to create sales opportunities for customers<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any related field.
\n\t2+ years of experience in a sales, partner or channel manager role.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to consistently work towards strategic goals.
\n\tEffective strategic and analytical thinking skills.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n
