Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking motivated freelance sales agents and established sales agencies to market and sell our real estate projects. This role is fully commission-based and ideal for professionals who thrive on performance-driven income, flexible working arrangements, and long-term growth within the property sector.<\/p>\n
Main Duties<\/p>\n
Sales & Client Engagement<\/p>\n
\tActively source and engage prospective clients
\n\tPresent property offerings professionally
\n\tConduct site visits and virtual presentations
\n\tBuild and maintain strong client relationships<\/p>\n
Closing & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tNegotiate and close sales successfully
\n\tEnsure accurate documentation and handover
\n\tProvide regular sales performance reports
\n\tCoordinate closely with the internal sales team<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Individual Applicants<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in sales or real estate marketing
\n\tStrong communication and negotiation skills
\n\tSelf-driven with excellent time management
\n\tAbility to work independently on commission<\/p>\n
Agency Applicants<\/p>\n
\tRegistered sales or marketing agency
\n\tEstablished sales force and client network
\n\tDemonstrated real estate sales performance
\n\tCapacity to meet agreed sales targets<\/p>\n
Note:\u00a0This role is strictly commission-based with no income cap. Earnings are directly tied to closed sales and performance.<\/p>\n
