We are hiring three (3) female housekeepers for a high-end private family residence in Runda, Nairobi.<\/p>\n
This is a live-in position in a large, well-maintained home with valuable furnishings and imported finishes. We are looking for individuals who are professional, well-trained, and able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.<\/p>\n
About the Role:<\/p>\n
The role involves full house cleaning and maintenance, with a strong focus on detail, care, and consistency. The environment requires a hotel-level standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDaily cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas.
\n\tDeep cleaning on a scheduled basis.
\n\tLaundry: washing, ironing, folding, and proper fabric care.
\n\tDusting and care of furniture, surfaces, and delicate items.
\n\tCareful handling of valuable household items.
\n\tCleaning and maintenance of household equipment and machines.
\n\tMaintaining order, neatness, and organization throughout the home.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tFormal training in housekeeping or hospitality (required).
\n\tMinimum 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a private home, embassy, or hotel environment.
\n\tMust have a valid certificate of good conduct.\u00a0
\n\tHigh attention to detail and cleanliness.
\n\tProfessional attitude and ability to follow structured routines.
\n\tHonest, responsible, and respectful.
\n\tAbility to handle valuable items with care.
\n\tAbility to work in a structured household environment with clear routines.
\n\tHigh level of personal cleanliness and presentation.<\/p>\n
