Role Description <\/p>\n
\tThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for the position of Business Development Officer – Loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating proposals for potential customers. The role also involves conducting financial analyses, evaluating loan applications, ensuring excellent customer service, and delivering effective communication to enhance the client experience. The Business Development Officer will work closely with the team to meet and exceed business targets.<\/p>\n
Qualifications <\/p>\n
\tExpertise in New Business Development and identifying potential market opportunities
\n\tStrong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial evaluation and interpretation
\n\tSolid understanding of Finance principles and loan processes
\n\tExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively
\n\tProven ability to meet deadlines and achieve individual as well as team goals
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
\n\tPrior experience in banking, lending, or financial services is an advantage
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools<\/p>\n
