Job Description<\/p>\n
\tGreet and welcome guests.
\n\tAssist guest with luggage\u2019s and maintains the luggage room and long-term. luggage store in a neat and orderly manner.
\n\tMaintain VIP\/Group and individual arrivals reports.
\n\tAttend to inquiries and provide accurate information to guests.
\n\tDetermine and ensure compliance to all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
\n\tEvaluate everyday status of all hotels and coordinate with various departments such as reservation, sales and housekeeping to ensure optimal level of guest satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in Opera
\n\tAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
\n\tAt least 1 year experience working on a similar role.
\n\tHospitality background is preferred.\u00a0
\n\tFluency in English; additional languages are a plus.<\/p>\n
