Job Description<\/p>\n
\tTo oversee daily gym operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests, and lead the gym team to deliver excellent service and fitness experiences.
\n\tSupervise daily gym operations and staff schedules
\n\tEnsure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of gym equipment
\n\tMonitor member usage and enforce gym rules and safety guidelines
\n\tProvide basic fitness guidance and assist members when needed
\n\tHandle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
\n\tConduct equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs
\n\tSupport onboarding and training of gym attendants\/instructors
\n\tEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
\n\tMaintain accurate records (attendance, incidents, equipment logs)<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tCertificate or diploma in Fitness, Sports Science, or related field
\n\tFirst Aid and CPR certification (mandatory or added advantage)
\n\tPrevious gym or fitness center experience, preferably in a supervisory role<\/p>\n
