Requirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
\n\tProven experience in a strategic HR role (HRBP, HR Strategy, Organizational Development) with clear evidence of business impact
\n\tPrior experience in strategic consulting or strategy-focused roles is strongly preferred
\n\tDemonstrated experience in B2C, FMCG, or consumer-driven environments, particularly those led by sales and marketing
\n\tStrong understanding of how HR strategy adapts to evolving business models and growth stages
\n\tHands-on experience in at least one core HR area such as performance management, organizational development, compensation, or talent strategy
\n\tProven ability to develop conceptual frameworks and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
\n\tExperience working closely with senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making
\n\tStrong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
\n\tKnowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management systems
\n\tFamiliarity with compensation structures, job grading, and pay-for-performance principles
\n\tStrong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills
\n\tProfessional HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI) is an added advantage
\n\tSalary: Ksh 180,000<\/p>\n
