Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Driving Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing students for their NTSA driving examinations by delivering high-quality theoretical lessons in the classroom and\/or hands-on practical training on the road.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
For Practical Instructors:<\/p>\n
\tConducting one-on-one behind-the-wheel training sessions.
\n\tTeaching vehicle control, road safety, and defensive driving techniques.
\n\tMaintaining the training vehicle in good condition and reporting maintenance needs.
\n\tPreparing students for the NTSA practical driving test.<\/p>\n
For Theory Instructors:<\/p>\n
\tDelivering structured classroom lessons based on the NTSA curriculum.
\n\tTeaching road signs, traffic rules, and basic mechanical knowledge.
\n\tAssessing student progress through internal mock exams.
\n\tGuiding students through the NTSA portal and exam booking process.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMust possess a valid NTSA Driving Instructor’s License (Mandatory).
\n\tA valid Driving License with a clean driving record.
\n\tProven experience as a driving instructor in a reputable school.
\n\tExcellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
\n\tHigh level of patience and the ability to handle students with varying learning speeds.
\n\tBasic computer literacy for managing student records.<\/p>\n
