Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t2 years proven experience in debt collection in a Microfinance institution.
\n\tBachelor’s degree and Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
\n\tHands-on field collection experience, including client visits and on-site account recovery.
\n\tKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tContact overdue accounts via phone, email, or letters to remind and negotiate repayment.
\n\tMaintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken. \u2022 Monitor the status of overdue accounts and escalate cases as necessary \u2022 Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and company policies related to d collection.
\n\tResolve customer complaints and disputes professionally.
