Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in training, learning & development (L&D), or capacity building, with the ability to drive impactful learning initiatives.
\n\tExperience in an HR consultancy or service-based industry is an added advantage.
\n\tStrong skills in facilitation, coaching, and content development, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
\n\tAbility to design practical, results-driven training programs aligned to business and client needs.
\n\tExcellent communication and presentation skills, with\u00a0 confidence in delivering both physical and virtual sessions.
\n\tProven ability to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop customized training solutions.
\n\tStrong capability to monitor, evaluate training effectiveness, and continuously improve learning outcomes.
\n\tLeadership ability to build and grow the training function, while integrating modern tools such as Al and digital learning platforms into training delivery.<\/p>\n
