\tA growing engineering and metalworks company specializing in fabrication and structural works is seeking a skilled Welder\/Fitter\/Fabricator to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing metal structures and components according to technical specifications.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/p>\n
Perform welding, fitting, and fabrication of metal components<\/p>\n
\tInterpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
\n\tCut, shape, and assemble materials using appropriate tools and equipment
\n\tInspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
\n\tCarry out repairs and maintenance on metal structures and equipment
\n\tEnsure safety standards and procedures are followed at all times<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
\n\tTrade Test certification (Grade III, II, or I) is an added advantage
\n\tRelevant hands-on training or apprenticeship experience is highly preferred
\n\tProven experience in welding, fitting, and fabrication
\n\tAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings
\n\tSkilled in using fabrication tools and welding equipment
\n\tStrong attention to detail and workmanship
\n\tRelevant technical certification is an added advantage<\/p>\n
