Job Purpose<\/p>\n
Repayments Intern supports the Repayments team in portfolio tracking, member engagement, documentation, and compliance processes under the ISA model. The role is designed to build foundational skills in collections, financial advisory, and portfolio management, with a structured pathway to a Repayments Associate role based on demonstrated performance.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Portfolio Support<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in maintaining accurate member trackers and Customer Relationship Management updates.
\n\tSupport data entry for payments, employment status, and engagement logs.
\n\tMonitor basic portfolio metrics and flag inconsistencies.<\/p>\n
Member Engagement Support\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tConduct follow-ups via calls, SMS, and email as per operational guidance provided.
\n\tSend repayment reminders and confirm receipt of payments.
\n\tEscalate complex or sensitive cases to the Associate.<\/p>\n
ISA Advisory Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist in preparing for ISA advisory sessions.
\n\tAttend sessions and document outcomes in Customer Relationship Management.
\n\tSupport employment verification checks and documentation.<\/p>\n
Reporting Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
\n\tTrack basic KPIs such as follow-up rates and contact success rates.
\n\tSupport data clean-up and validation exercises.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Compliance and Documentation\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all interactions are properly logged in Customer Relationship Management within 24 hours.
\n\tMaintain organized digital records of member engagements.
\n\tSupport adherence to documentation standards (no verbal agreements).<\/p>\n

\tUnderstanding the Income Share Agreement (ISA) model
\n\tExposure to collections lifecycle and portfolio management
\n\tDevelopment of communication and negotiation skills
\n\tData accuracy and reporting discipline

Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00a0Qualifications & Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
\n\t0\u201312 months experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).<\/p>\n
