The role also supervises Showroom Sales Executives, ensuring consistent sales performance, effective lead conversion, and excellent client engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Close collaboration with the Operations Manager is critical to ensure alignment between sales commitments and project delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Generation &amp; Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive revenue generation by identifying and converting new business opportunities<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistent cash flow through timely follow-ups, deal closure, and client commitment<br \/>\n\tGenerate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outreach<br \/>\n\tManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project confirmation<br \/>\n\tPrepare and review quotations, proposals, and project briefs<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline<br \/>\n\tMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets<\/p>\n<p>Team Leadership &amp; Sales Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>\tSupervise and guide Showroom Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets<br \/>\n\tMonitor daily showroom activity, lead handling, and conversion performance<br \/>\n\tProvide coaching on sales techniques, client engagement, and product knowledge<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely follow-up on all leads, inquiries, and quotations<br \/>\n\tDrive accountability for lead conversion and client acquisition across the team\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee client acquisition efforts and ensure consistent growth of the customer base<br \/>\n\tManage key client relationships from initial inquiry through project completion<br \/>\n\tUnderstand client needs and coordinate with design and technical teams to deliver suitable solutions<br \/>\n\tHandle complex client requirements and escalations<br \/>\n\tBuild long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals<br \/>\n\tHandle client feedback and resolve issues professionally<\/p>\n<p>Customer Experience &amp; Brand Management<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure a high-quality customer experience across all client touchpoints<br \/>\n\tMaintain strong brand perception through professional client engagement and service delivery<br \/>\n\tMonitor client feedback and proactively address issues impacting satisfaction<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistency in communication, service standards, and overall client journey<\/p>\n<p>Marketing Execution &amp; Lead Generation Support<\/p>\n<p>\tPlan and execute marketing activities to support lead generation and brand visibility<br \/>\n\tManage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement<br \/>\n\tWork with an outsourced graphic designer to develop marketing materials and campaigns<br \/>\n\tCoordinate promotions, partnerships, and showroom events<br \/>\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences<\/p>\n<p>Project Coordination &amp; Operations Alignment<\/p>\n<p>\tWork closely with the Operations Manager to align sales commitments with execution capacity<br \/>\n\tEnsure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations and technical teams<br \/>\n\tFollow up on project progress and proactively manage client expectations<br \/>\n\tSupport clear communication between clients and internal teams<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion rates<br \/>\n\tMonitor marketing effectiveness, including leads generated and campaign performance<br \/>\n\tPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports<br \/>\n\tProvide insights and recommendations to improve revenue, conversion, and client experience<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp;
