About the Role<\/p>\n
\tThis role supports the execution of the loan compliance and reporting function, the\u00a0department\u2019s operations, lender due diligence, and one-off analytical projects.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Execution of loan compliance and reporting function
\n\tDraft reports required by lenders (e.g. annual questionnaires, quarterly financial reports, ad hoc requests) with oversight of the Investor Relation Specialist for review by the relationship managers
\n\tWork with payments team to ensure we make interest payments on time
\n\tSupport reconciliations related to IR\u2019s work (debt, refundable advances, FX hedging) while working with accounting team on the quarterly close process
\n\tDraft the quarterly financial health dashboard to allow senior IR team members to report on the health of the balance sheet to the Finance Committee<\/p>\n
Support Investor Relations team operations<\/p>\n
\tSupport processes and systems used by the IR team (Loan tracker, Salesforce, RiskScreen). Enter information to make sure that they are up to date.
\n\tRetain loan documents as required by document retention policies. Keep the IR folder organized so that the IR team works efficiently
\n\tProvide administrative support when signing new retail notes and loans<\/p>\n
Lender relationship management and Due Diligence<\/p>\n
\tAssist on due diligence analyses and proposals as requested by relationship managers, under the supervision of the Investor Relations specialist. Work may include preparation of spreadsheets, prep of written summaries of One Acre Fund\u2019s operations, finding requested information by working with other teams and leveraging existing resources.
\n\tSupport the maintenance of Due Diligence resources by updating resources and improving IR\u2019s Resources Management system.
\n\tHelp update the key outreach materials with up to date audited financials, impact results, and other relevant updates.<\/p>\n
Analytical Special Projects<\/p>\n
\tSupport the execution of data analysis and financial modeling projects
\n\tOther one-off projects to support the Investor Relations team or other teams in the Finance Department<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge: Good understanding of finance and accounting; some exposure to financial statement analysis preferred<\/p>\n
Technical skills:<\/p>\n
\tStrong analytical skills and attention to detail
\n\tStrong knowledge of MS Excel (google sheets a plus). Experience with Financial Modeling in Excel and complex formulas (e.g: Index, Match, Lookups) preferred
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to consolidate information from multiple sources in a clear way
\n\tTop-performing undergraduate background<\/p>\n
Soft skills:<\/p>\n
\tAbility to work both independently and part of a team depending on the project. Ability to work remotely
\n\tCombine strong leadership skills with good humor, patience, and a humble approach to service<\/p>\n
