As a Drilling TRS Crew Member, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tOperating TRS equipment such as power tongs, elevators, slips, spiders, torque\u2011turn systems, and hydraulic power units safely and professionally.
\n\tAssisting with rig\u2011up and rig\u2011down of TRS equipment, including stabbing boards, power units, and tubular handling tools.
\n\tCommunicating effectively with the drill floor operator, clients, and subcontracted personnel to ensure coordinated and safe operations.
\n\tPerforming basic troubleshooting, inspections, and minor maintenance of TRS equipment before, during, and after operations.
\n\tEnsuring compliance with all safety requirements, attending rig safety meetings, and reporting hazards or operational issues immediately.
\n\tCompleting job documentation, activity reports, and supporting operational tasks as instructed by the Operations Coordinator.<\/p>\n
To be successful in this role you will:<\/p>\n
\tHave general knowledge of the oil and gas industry with prior TRS or drilling\u2011related field experience preferred.
\n\tHave strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools safely and correctly.
\n\tHave the ability to work and communicate effectively with rig crews, supervisors, and clients in high\u2011pressure environments.
\n\tHave a two\u2011year technical degree (preferred) or an equivalent combination of technical training and field experience.
\n\tHave strong problem\u2011solving skills and the ability to follow procedures, inspect equipment, and maintain operational readiness.
\n\tHave the ability to travel for onshore\/offshore assignments and work variable schedules, including on\u2011call and shift\u2011based operations.<\/p>\n
