As part of its operations in West Africa, DRC is recruiting an HR Coordinator to support country operations across the WANALA region (West Africa, North\u00a0Africa\u00a0and Latin America). This role covers the following countries: Burkina Faso, Senegal, Cameroon,\u00a0Mali\u00a0and Niger.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The HR Coordinator ensures effective and compliant HR operations in the assigned DRC\u2019s Country operations within the\u00a0WANALA\u00a0HQ Hub. The HR Coordinator provides technical guidance and support to Country Operations, helping implement HR policies and systems consistently. The role oversees HR activities, ensuring quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and adherence to standards. The HR Operations Coordinator builds HR capabilities in assigned countries and ensures the\u00a0timely,\u00a0accurate, and confidential handling of HR matters.\u00a0Ultimately, the\u00a0role supports the achievement of business\u00a0objectives\u00a0through strong, compliant, and effective HR practices across the region.<\/p>\n<p>If you are the selected candidate, you will work closely with another HR Coordinator (covering Colombia, Venezuela, Chad, Nigeria, Algeria,\u00a0Libya\u00a0and Tunisia) and an HR Partner, under the line management of HQ.
