About the Role<\/p>\n
You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience across our online platforms.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tRespond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email
\n\tAssist customers with gift, flower orders and product recommendations
\n\tProcess and follow up on orders
\n\tHandle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
\n\tCoordinate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries
\n\tMaintain excellent customer experience standards<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tGood organizational and multitasking abilities
\n\tCustomer service experience is an added advantage
\n\tComfortable using social media and online communication platforms
