PURPOSE:<\/p>\n
Reporting to the Business Development Manager \u2013 Agency Incubation, the role will entail driving revenue growth and expanding the new\/renewal General Insurance (GI) and Medical business portfolio. The goal is to meet corporate annual budgets by strategically developing assigned markets and intermediary channels. This involves cultivating profitable business opportunities for the company through the establishment of robust relationships and partnerships.<\/p>\n
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tCultivate robust strategic partnerships and relationships with assigned
\n\tEfficiently navigate the sales cycle and maintain a value-driven service
\n\tImplement optimal Client Relationship Management practices to meet business
\n\tTrack and report performance against agreed sales and retention
\n\tSpearhead revenue\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 growth\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 by\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 overseeing\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 daily\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 sales\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 activities\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 of assigned
\n\tKeep clients informed about both new and existing
\n\tCollaborate with various departments to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to clients\/intermediaries.
\n\tDevelop and\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 promptly\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 deliver\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 quotations\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 and\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 tender documents to clients\/intermediaries.
\n\tContribute to departmental planning and budgeting processes as
\n\tEnsure compliance with credit control policies through cash and carry and debt collection
\n\tFoster intermediary engagement through visits, performance reviews, support, training, and motivation to drive business
\n\tOrganize and execute market activations and outreach events in strategic locations through visits or alternative
\n\tMonitor competitor activity and identify opportunities\/threats arising from such activities<\/p>\n

Essential Knowledge\/Skills and Experience Required:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor degree in a business \/ marketing related field.
\n\tC.O.P qualification is an added advantage
\n\tMinimum of 2 (two) years\u00a0of relevant experience in\u00a0Insurance Sales.<\/p>\n
