This role is ideal for a commercially strategic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in clearing & forwarding, logistics sales, and revenue growth management.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tDriving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities
\n\tManaging strategic client accounts and commercial targets
\n\tLeading and developing the sales team
\n\tManaging the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-closing
\n\tDelivering market insights and commercial performance reporting<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in logistics\/shipping sales management
\n\tProven success in meeting or exceeding commercial targets
\n\tStrong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
\n\tDeep understanding of clearing & forwarding operations
\n\tSalary: Ksh. 270,000<\/p>\n
