Role Description <\/p>\n
\tThis is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent, based in Machakos County, Kenya. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting financial products and services, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks involve client engagement, cold calling, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.<\/p>\n
Qualifications <\/p>\n
\tStrong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
\n\tCustomer Service skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
\n\tKnowledge of Finance principles and loan\/insurance products.
\n\tProven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
\n\tGoal-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
\n\tSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
\n\tPrior experience in financial services or sales is an added advantage.
\n\tMinimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.<\/p>\n
