We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead our commercial growth and expand our market presence within the construction chemicals industry. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong industry networks and a proven track record in large-scale project sales.<\/p>\n

\tBasic Salary: From KES 200,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)\u00a0
\n\tCommission: High performance-based commission\u00a0

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and secure large-scale construction and government projects.\u00a0
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and contractors.\u00a0
\n\tLeverage existing networks to expand sales channels and market reach.\u00a0
\n\tLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor market trends and competitor activities within the construction chemicals sector.\u00a0
\n\tDrive revenue growth through effective negotiation and closing of high-value deals.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in a senior sales role within the construction chemicals or related industry.\u00a0
\n\tPrior experience with reputable companies such as Crown Paints Kenya, Basco Paints, Plascon Kenya, or Saveto Group is highly desirable.\u00a0
\n\tStrong understanding of large-scale project supply operations.\u00a0
\n\tEstablished relationships within government and real estate development sectors.\u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated ability to develop and manage sales channels.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n
