Job Role<\/p>\n
\tTo oversee the overall operations of the business, including restaurant outlets, outside catering, and meat retail\/supply. The role focuses on ensuring efficiency, cost control, product consistency, and profitability across all areas while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Operations Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee the smooth day-to-day running of all restaurant branches and business units.
\n\tDevelop and enforce operational systems, workflows, and controls.
\n\tGuide kitchen teams on consistency, quality, and efficient production methods.<\/p>\n
Cost Control & Financial Management<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and control food costs, ensuring adherence to standard recipes and portion sizes.
\n\tAnalyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports to identify areas for savings.
\n\tSupport cost control initiatives while maintaining product quality.<\/p>\n
Inventory & Supply Chain<\/p>\n
\tMonitor stock usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper inventory management.
\n\tWork closely with stores and procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective supply.
\n\tOversee meat processing, retail, and bulk supply operations to ensure quality and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Staff Management<\/p>\n
\tTrain and supervise staff across departments to improve performance and productivity.
\n\tEnsure adherence to company policies, discipline, and operational standards.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
\n\tOversee use and optimization of POS and reporting systems.
\n\tMaintain accountability and operational discipline across all units.<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree in Hospitality, Food Production, Business Management, or related field.
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or food production.
\n\tStrong understanding of food costing, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
\n\tPractical knowledge of cooking processes and food production.<\/p>\n
