Job Description<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
\n\tManage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
\n\tOversee employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary issues
\n\tDesign and implement performance management systems
\n\tEnsure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal policies
\n\tManage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits structures
\n\tLead training and development programs to enhance staff skills
\n\tMaintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tProfessional HR certification (e.g., IHRM, CIPD) preferred
\n\tMinimum 5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or service industry
\n\tStrong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
\n\tExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
\n\tHigh level of integrity and confidentiality<\/p>\n
