What You Will Do<\/p>\n
\tRecruit and onboard new insurance agents onto the platform
\n\tConduct demos and explain the value of Agencify clearly and confidently
\n\tSupport agents to complete onboarding and make their first transaction
\n\tMaintain strong follow-up to convert leads into active transacting agents
\n\tBuild relationships with agents and keep them engaged through campaigns, updates, and support
\n\tTrack pipeline progress and update CRM daily
\n\tContribute directly to WAT growth and GWP generation<\/p>\n
What We Are Looking For<\/p>\n
\tA highly proactive and target-driven sales professional
\n\tSomeone who enjoys chasing deals, closing opportunities, and growing relationships
\n\tStrong communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline
\n\tComfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
\n\tAble to work both in the field and through digital engagement channels<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t1\u20132 years of experience in sales
\n\tExperience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or distribution sales is an advantage
\n\tMotor insurance sales experience is a strong plus
\n\tStrong pipeline management and CRM discipline
\n\tProven ability to work against targets and deliver results<\/p>\n

\tMore agents signed up and successfully onboarded
\n\tHigher activation into first transaction
\n\tIncreased Weekly Active Transacting Agents (WAT)
