Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Cloud Hyperscaler Partnership Management<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with\u00a0AWS, Microsoft, and Google\u00a0partnership teams.
\n\tSupport negotiation and management of partnership agreements, program enrollments, and competency requirements.
\n\tCoordinate participation in partner programs (e.g., AWS Partner Network, Microsoft Partner Program, Google Cloud Partner Advantage).
\n\tTrack and maintain compliance with partner tier requirements, certifications, training, and business metrics.<\/p>\n
Ecosystem Vendor Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tBuild and sustain relationships with key ecosystem vendors (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, RedHat, HashiCorp, security ISVs).
\n\tIdentify opportunities for joint solutioning and co\u2011selling with ecosystem partners.
\n\tSupport integration of partner technologies into internal offerings.<\/p>\n
Joint Go\u2011to\u2011Market & Co\u2011Selling<\/p>\n
\tSupport planning and execution of\u00a0joint GTM initiatives\u00a0with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
\n\tAssist with co\u2011selling motions, pipeline building, and partner\u2011sourced opportunity management.
\n\tSupport joint campaigns, webinars, solution briefs, and partner events.
\n\tPrepare GTM materials, pitch decks, and capability statements tailored to each hyperscaler.<\/p>\n
Customer Success & Cloud Adoption<\/p>\n

\tWork with customer success, delivery, and sales teams to\u00a0drive adoption of hyperscaler cloud services\u00a0within customer accounts.
\n\tTrack customer cloud consumption, usage growth, and adoption metrics across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
\n\tIdentify upsell\/cross\u2011sell opportunities that align with partner incentives, funding programs, or consumption targets.
\n\tHelp customers unlock value from cloud investments through partner programs, funding, and technical resources.<\/p>\n
Rebates, Incentives & Funding Optimization<\/p>\n
\tManage tracking, documentation, and submission for:
\n\tPartner rebates
\n\tMDF (Market Development Funds)
\n\tIncentive programs
\n\tCo\u2011op funds
\n\tProof\u2011of\u2011Concept or Migration funding (MAP, FastTrack, GCP Funding)
\n\tEnsure the business maximizes rebates and incentives based on customer activity and consumption targets.
\n\tReport regularly on revenue impact, forecasted rebates, and earned incentives.<\/p>\n
Operational Excellence & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMaintain dashboards to track partner performance, certifications, pipeline, rebates, and key KPIs.
\n\tImprove internal processes for alliance engagement, opportunity registration, and partner reporting.
\n\tSupport quarterly business reviews with hyperscalers and internal leadership.<\/p>\n
Internal Enablement<\/p>\n
\tEducate sales, delivery, and technical teams on:
\n\tHyperscaler partner programs
\n\tFunding opportunities
\n\tCo\u2011sell processes
\n\tIncentive structures
\n\tPromote internal adoption of partner-aligned solutions and programs.
\n\tKnowledge, Skills & Attributes
\n\tStrong understanding of\u00a0AWS, Azure, and GCP partner programs, incentives, and GTM motions.
\n\tExcellent relationship\u2011building and negotiation skills.
\n\tStrong analytical skills and business acumen.
\n\tAbility to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, delivery, and customer success teams.
\n\tExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
\n\tAbility to navigate ambiguity and execute in fast\u2011changing environments.
\n\tStrong project management skills and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
\n\tAdditional advantage: familiarity with cloud certifications (even foundational) across AWS, Azure, or GCP.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tExperience in\u00a0alliance management, partner programs, channel sales, or cloud GTM roles\u2014preferably in a tech or IT services environment.
\n\tExperience working with hyperscaler programs or cloud\u2011centric partnerships is a strong advantage.
\n\tProven ability to support programs that generate revenue, cloud consumption, or partner incentives.<\/p>\n
