About the role<\/p>\n
\tThis is a highly demanding and process-oriented role requiring individual smarts and precision in the execution of tasks. The effect of your inputs in this role will be immediate and direct.<\/p>\n
Your key role in operations<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain relationships with customers and transporters
\n\tAchieve high customer service and proper transporter management
\n\tManage customer transactions including trips and after-sale service
\n\tCoordinate and oversee the shipment of goods from shippers to customers
\n\tCommunicate with shippers, transporters, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
\n\tOptimise transportation routes to minimise costs and maximise efficiency
\n\tCommunicate effectively and efficiently with customers, transporters and team members
\n\tImplement process improvements to enhance operations
\n\tIdentify and fix operational issues as they arise
\n\tAddress general customer requests
\n\tMaintaining exemplary operational records<\/p>\n
Your qualifications<\/p>\n
\tUniversity degree level education with up to 2 years\u2019 post-university work experience (start-up experience is a plus). We don\u2019t focus on your field of study – just your dedication, integrity, dynamic nature, and ambition.

Physical demands & work environment\u200b<\/p>\n
\tAbility to withstand pressure and to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Intermittent travel is required.
