Tasks<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily front office operations, including fast and accurate check-in\/check-out.
\n\tMaintain excellent lobby and shop standards at all times.
\n\tHandle guest requests and complaints quickly and professionally.
\n\tPlan staff shifts and coordinate team coverage.
\n\tEnsure timely communication across departments.
\n\tKeep all systems and records up to date
\n\tSupport occupancy optimization and strict adherence to approved rate\/pricing structures.
\n\tSupervise billing, reservations, and OTA updates to ensure consistency and accuracy.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tExperience: 3\u20135 years in Front Office, ideally in a 4\u20135 star safari camp or luxury lodge.
\n\tEducation: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (or equivalent).
\n\tSystems & Admin: Strong PMS knowledge, reporting discipline, and inventory control experience.
\n\tLeadership: Proven ability to lead a small team and make sound decisions independently.
\n\tGuest Service: Confident with VIP\/high-touch service and complaint resolution.
\n\tCommunication: Excellent spoken and written English
\n\tPersonality: Warm, authoritative, hands-on, and highly detail-oriented.<\/p>\n
