KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tReceive and guide patients professionally, ensuring accurate and efficient registration
\n\tHandle all inquiries (in-person & phone) with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
\n\tSchedule, confirm, and coordinate imaging appointments to optimize workflow
\n\tActively manage patient flow, queues, and urgent cases in a busy setting
\n\tSupport billing processes, maintain accurate records, and uphold patient confidentiality<\/p>\n
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Customer Service, Business, Health Records, or related field
\n\tMinimum 1-2 years’ experience in a hospital or high-volume front office
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tExperience with healthcare software systems is an added advantage
\n\tHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure<\/p>\n
