It is focused on maximizing overall performance, market share, brand positioning, and guest satisfaction while fostering a strong, high-performing, and collaborative team culture.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Leadership &amp; Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and execute cluster-wide sales &amp; marketing strategies aligned with brand standards<br \/>\n\tContribute to annual budgets and commercial plans in collaboration with Revenue Director<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Sales Leadership &amp; Performance<\/p>\n<p>\tLead and drive sales effectiveness across both properties<br \/>\n\tSet and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and incentive programs<br \/>\n\tEnsure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives<br \/>\n\tConduct regular sales performance reviews and pipeline management sessions<\/p>\n<p>Marketing &amp; Brand Management<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect multi-property marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistency in brand standards and messaging across the cluster<br \/>\n\tOversee development of sales collateral, digital content, and campaigns<\/p>\n<p>Public Relations &amp; Communications<\/p>\n<p>\tLead cluster PR strategy, including media relations, advertising, and press releases<br \/>\n\tEnhance brand visibility and reputation in key source markets<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Business Development &amp; Partnerships<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and develop new markets, segments, and revenue opportunities<br \/>\n\tRepresent the properties at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Key Account &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee key accounts and strategic client relationships across properties<br \/>\n\tDrive revenue growth, ADR optimization and market share expansion across all segments<br \/>\n\tReview and manage sales contracts and agreements<\/p>\n<p>Team Leadership &amp; Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>\tLead, mentor, and develop Cluster Sales &amp; Marketing teams<br \/>\n\tConduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and regular team meetings<br \/>\n\tDrive a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance<\/p>\n<p>Operations &amp; Systems Management<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure effective use of sales systems, tools, and reporting platforms<br \/>\n\tMaintain operational excellence in sales processes and procedures<br \/>\n\tCoordinate participation in brand and multi-property campaigns<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence &amp; Positioning<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and brand positioning<br \/>\n\tProvide insights to support commercial decision-making in collaboration with Revenue Director.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tDegree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales systems<br \/>\n\tMinimum 5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in senior commercial leadership within luxury hospitality<\/p>\n<p>Additional Information<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Attributes<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong understanding of luxury leisure, MICE, corporate, and distribution ecosystems<br \/>\n\tExperience managing integrated commercial functions<br \/>\n\tStrong strategic sales and marketing leadership capability<br \/>\n\tStrong negotiation and\u00a0executive level presentation skills<br \/>\n\tStrong commercial acumen and market awareness<br \/>\n\tResults-driven and commercially astute<br \/>\n\tCollaborative leadership style with strong team development skills<br \/>\n\tHighly results-oriented with a track record of successfully closing high-value deals and converting business opportunities<br \/>\n\tStrong ability to interpret data, identify trends and create forecasts<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>jobs.smartrecruiters.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com","_company_name":"Fairmont Hotels & Resorts","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.fairmont.com\/norfolk-hotel-nairobi\/","_company_tagline":"The Fairmont Norfolk is a historic hotel in Nairobi, Kenya and is owned by the luxury hotel chain, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
