Digital Ad Campaign Management (\u00b160%):<\/p>\n
\tManaging digital ad campaigns via Eskimi DSP, GDN, Facebook, and other ad servers as needed
\n\tManaging digital ad impression inventory and banner ad inventory for on-site products
\n\tPlanning, organizing, activating, and controlling daily processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing global improvements for maximum efficiency and quality
\n\tEnsuring campaigns are launched on time, performance is adequately monitored, and any performance issues are communicated to the Sales team in a timely manner
\n\tDiagnosing ad serving problems and interfacing with the team and\/or clients to identify solutions
\n\tAssisting Sales with campaign planning and the selling process
\n\tWorking directly with the Tech team to optimize digital campaigns as needed.<\/p>\n
Analytics\/Reporting (\u00b125%):<\/p>\n
\tReporting on digital campaign performance to agencies\/clients. Reporting on final campaign performance \u2013 monthly.<\/p>\n
Other tasks (\u00b115%):<\/p>\n
\tCompleting data entry and analysis functions as needed. Providing technical QA support on ad serving as needed.<\/p>\n
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT<\/p>\n
\t1-2 years of digital advertising operations experience. Experience working with programmatic platforms (such as LoopMe, Pubmatic, Xandr, or other DSPs).
\n\tExperience working with Google Ads and Business Ads Manager would be considered an advantage.
\n\tCampaign delivery and optimization experience.
\n\tResults orientation, an eye for detail, and effective time management skills.
\n\tProject management experience would be considered an advantage.
\n\tAbility and willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment and collaborate effectively across a multicultural organization.
\n\tFluency in spoken and written English.
