\tUndergraduate Degree in Business Informatics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration or Business Analyst certification\u00a0\u00a0
\n\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in business analysis or IT service delivery, software\u00a0training\u00a0and key user management\u00a0
\n\tEssential: analytical skills and the ability to structure and explain technical content comprehensively, excellent communication skills, analytical and proactive mind-set, good knowledge of D365 ERP applications, good knowledge of Finance processes\u00a0
\n\tDesired: knowledge of ITIL, experience in SQL and data\u00a0visualisation\u00a0tools,\u00a0Devops, advanced excel.\u00a0<\/p>\n
