\tConduct security risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities
\n\tPrevent theft and damage to Company property
\n\tEnsure regular rotation of sub-contracted security guards.
\n\tEnsure all reported incidents are logged on the occurrence book and reported to the relevant person and proper action taken
\n\tLead incident investigations, liaise with the local police on any alleged intrusion into the premises or company\/client cargo and follow up the case to conclusion
\n\tEnsure all security procedures are followed by all employees and Clients within the premises
\n\tEnsure all access points and control rooms are properly manned
\n\tManage CCTV, alarms, and access control systems and ensure all security gadgets\/tools\/equipment are in good working condition
\n\tMaintain records of all main door keys and ensure safe custody of the same.
\n\tEnsure all items leaving the premises are accompanied by the relevant authorization documents and gate pass.11
\n\tManage subcontracted Security Company on site.
\n\tTrain employees on security awareness and procedures<\/p>\n
Profile<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Security or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of five (5) years’ hands-on experience in a busy and demanding work environment.
\n\tStrong investigative and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
