What you will be doing:<\/p>\n
\tGreet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
\n\tTake initiative to add a personalized experience
\n\tProudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest\u2019s stay through up-selling<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree in Hotel Management\/Front office operations.
\n\tService-focused personality is essential.
\n\t1-2 years experience in a similar role.
\n\tPrior experience working with Opera or a related system
\n\tFluency in English.
\n\tAdditional languages are a plus<\/p>\n
