Role Overview:<\/p>\n
\tAs a Business Intelligence(BI) Analyst, you will play a key role to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools like Looker Studio and Tableau. This role involves gathering business requirements, creating dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience in data visualization, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with stakeholders from both SENRI and client to gather and define BI requirements and align specifications.
\n\tDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or Tableau
\n\tOptimize data models and queries to improve performance and usability.
\n\tEnsure data accuracy and consistency by working with SENRI software engineers.
\n\tPerform troubleshooting for BI-related issues, including data inconsistencies, dashboard performance, and report errors by working with SENRI software engineers.
\n\tMaintain and enhance existing BI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
\n\tOther administrative support<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in a related field).
\n\tProven experience in BI analyst, consultant or developer such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tExperience in SaaS analytics or B2B product analysis is a plus.
\n\tUnderstanding of SQL and data modeling is a plus.
\n\tAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
\n\tAbility to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Working conditions<\/p>\n
\tWorking hours : 8:30am – 5:30pm
\n\tWorking day: Monday – Friday
\n\tCompensation to be discussed based on his\/her capability and experience.
\n\tThe probation period will be 3-6 months.\u00a0
\n\tLong-term employment decision to be made by the end of this period<\/p>\n
