Role Description <\/p>\n
\tThis is a contract-based on-site role for a Sales Independent Agent located in Chuka. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, promoting the company\u2019s financial products such as loans and asset finance, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional tasks involve understanding customer needs, providing accurate information on services, and managing client interactions professionally.<\/p>\n
Qualifications <\/p>\n
\tSales and Marketing skills, including the ability to attract and convert potential clients.
\n\tStrong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
\n\tNegotiation and Persuasion skills to build and maintain sales performance.
\n\tOrganizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple client interactions and achieve targets efficiently.
\n\tMinimum academic requirement: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
\n\tRelevant experience in financial products sales is a plus.
\n\tProficiency in English and Swahili for effective communication.
\n\tAbility to work independently and demonstrate self-drive while adhering to company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
