The role involves extensive field movement, account activation, and daily sales performance management to ensure market coverage, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Sales &amp; Market Development<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers within assigned territories.<br \/>\n\tDrive customer recruitment, reactivation, and retention initiatives.<br \/>\n\tAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and coverage targets.<br \/>\n\tEnsure full coverage of mapped outlets within the assigned route plan.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tPromote company products, offers, and commercial campaigns in the market.<br \/>\n\tGrow customer basket size, product assortment, and sales volumes.<br \/>\n\tEducate customers on digital ordering platforms and product usage.<br \/>\n\tEnsure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence<\/p>\n<p>\tCollect competitor activity data, pricing trends, and customer feedback.<br \/>\n\tProvide insights to improve product positioning and sales strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain accurate daily sales and field activity reporting.<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\n\tMinimum 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in field sales, FMCG sales, customer acquisition, retail sales, or account management.<br \/>\n\tExperience in FMCG, telecommunications, distribution, or retail sales is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tHighly self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work extensively in the field with significant walking and customer visits.<br \/>\n\tGood organizational and reporting skills.<br \/>\n\tBasic proficiency in MS Excel, mobile reporting tools, and CRM systems.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of FMCG distribution and retail market dynamics.<br \/>\n\tProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>docs.google.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/docs.google.com","_company_name":"Accurex Leadership and Management Consultants Ltd","_company_website":"https:\/\/accurex.co.ke\/","_company_tagline":"Accurex Consultants, being founded in 1998, is a Management Consulting center with a highly qualified team of dedicated management & human resource experts.
