Institutional Partnerships<\/p>\n<p>\tOriginate, develop, and advance complex commercial opportunities across NGOs, INGOs, faith-based organisations, international organisations, governments, donor-funded programmes, and institutional procurement bodies.<br \/>\n\tBuild and deepen strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, programme, and funding functions across NGOs, INGOs, faith-based organisations, and institutional health systems.<br \/>\n\tNavigate multi-stakeholder procurement environments with long sales cycles and complex decision-making structures.<br \/>\n\tPartner closely with the CCO and Business Development Directors to strengthen outbound commercial engagement and institutional market penetration.<br \/>\n\tSupport the structuring of long-term partnership opportunities, procurement engagements, and marketplace participation models.<br \/>\n\tRepresent Axmed credibly in discussions involving pharmaceutical procurement, donor funding structures, tendering processes, and institutional purchasing dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Commercial Intelligence &amp; Market Insights<\/p>\n<p>\tUse market intelligence, procurement data, and commercial insights to identify high-value growth opportunities across priority markets.<br \/>\n\tBuild repeatable approaches for identifying institutional demand signals, procurement cycles, funding windows, and strategic buying patterns.<br \/>\n\tTranslate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable commercial strategies and prioritised growth initiatives.<br \/>\n\tDevelop frameworks for opportunity qualification, account prioritisation, and strategic pipeline development.<br \/>\n\tMonitor market developments, procurement trends, competitor activity, and funding movements to inform commercial direction.<\/p>\n<p>Growth Strategy &amp; Commercial Execution<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport revenue growth strategy through insight-led market prioritisation and institutional opportunity mapping.<br \/>\n\tIdentify patterns across customer behaviour, procurement activity, and marketplace adoption to inform growth hypotheses.<br \/>\n\tWork cross-functionally with product, operations, and data teams to unlock commercially viable opportunities.<br \/>\n\tContribute to strategic planning around market entry, institutional engagement models, pricing considerations, and growth execution.<br \/>\n\tBuild clear strategic account growth plans within the first 60\u201390 days for priority institutional relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Technology &amp; Business Intelligence Mindset<\/p>\n<p>\tApply data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve commercial workflows, insight generation, and opportunity qualification.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial curiosity and an evidence-led approach to decision-making.<br \/>\n\tOperate with a business intelligence mindset, using data and operational insight to improve commercial outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tExtensive experience working commercially with NGOs, INGOs, faith-based organisations, international organisations, governments, donor funders, or institutional healthcare procurement environments.<br \/>\n\tProven experience owning and advancing complex commercial opportunities within multi-stakeholder institutional environments, including long procurement and partnership cycles.<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of pharmaceutical procurement, pharmaceutical supply chains, institutional healthcare purchasing, donor funding mechanisms, and tendering environments.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ability to translate market intelligence, commercial insight, and data into actionable growth strategies and commercial prioritisation.<br \/>\n\tStrong commercial judgment, strategic thinking capability, and ability to build senior external stakeholder relationships across institutional ecosystems.<br \/>\n\tProven track record contributing directly to commercial growth, strategic partnerships, pipeline development, or revenue expansion within high-growth or scaling environments.<br \/>\n\tHigh degree of ownership, execution capability, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.<br \/>\n\tStrong communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<br \/>\n\tComfort using technology, AI tools, and business intelligence approaches to support commercial execution and decision-making.<br \/>\n\tExperience working with technology-enabled solutions, marketplaces, or SaaS-like environments is beneficial but not required.<\/p>\n<p>Right to Work<\/p>\n<p>\tAs an early-stage company, we are not currently able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support.
