Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Telecom & Broadband Partnerships<\/p>\n
\tSupport the development of partnerships with telecom operators, broadband companies, and internet service providers in Nairobi.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for device and data bundle collaborations with telecom partners.
\n\tBuild and maintain relationships with telecom sales agents, distributors, and retail partners.<\/p>\n
Field Sales & Community Outreach<\/p>\n
\tIdentify residential estates, apartment complexes, and office hubs for field sales campaigns.
\n\tConduct on-ground promotional activities using flyers, brochures, and marketing materials to promote our client\u2019s refurbished smartphones.
\n\tEngage directly with residents, office employees, and local communities to generate sales leads and product awareness.
\n\tSupport door-to-door and society activation campaigns to drive customer acquisition.<\/p>\n
Local Distribution & Sales Support<\/p>\n
\tDevelop relationships with local mobile phone shops, resellers, and retail outlets.
\n\tAssist in expanding the company\u2019s market presence through community-based distribution channels.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for bulk sales through local organizations, SACCOs, and employers.<\/p>\n
Sales Tracking & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tTrack and follow up on leads generated through partnerships and field activities.
\n\tMonitor conversion rates from outreach campaigns and sales activations.
\n\tPrepare weekly reports on sales activities, partnerships, pipeline status, and market feedback.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t3+ years\u2019 experience in field sales, partnerships, telecom sales, or direct sales.
\n\tStrong understanding of the telecom, broadband, or consumer electronics market in Kenya.
\n\tExperience executing on-ground marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
\n\tStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n\tExperience working with telecom operators such as Safaricom is an added advantage.
\n\tBackground in mobile phones, telecom distribution, or consumer electronics preferred.
\n\tAbility to work independently and engage effectively with diverse communities.<\/p>\n
