Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are hiring Sales Executives who will guide clients through our product offerings up to the execution of the sale. You will identify and prospect clients, conduct market research, and serve as a brand ambassador for the company.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients.
\n\t\u00a0Achieve set land sales targets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
\n\t\u00a0Schedule appointments with corporate and individual clients to present company products.
\n\t\u00a0Conduct product demonstrations covering location, benefits, pricing, and payment options.
\n\t\u00a0Follow up on prospects until sale execution and ensure excellent after-sale service.
\n\t\u00a0Research and develop new ways of sourcing clients, including targeting groups and institutions for presentations.
\n\t\u00a0Track and record all leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
\n\t\u00a0Coordinate and be physically present during client site visits to various company projects.
\n\t\u00a0Handle inquiries and correspondence via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings.
\n\t\u00a0Follow up with payments from clients you have sourced.
\n\t\u00a0Foster strong client relationships by offering consistent support, information, and guidance.
\n\t\u00a0Submit weekly reports on leads generated and conversion performance.
\n\t\u00a0Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that summarize plans, challenges, and achievements.<\/p>\n
Education and Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree from a recognized institution.
\n\t\u00a0Proven ability to sell.<\/p>\n

\t\u00a0Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\t\u00a0High standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, honesty, and loyalty.
