Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals
\n\tLead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets
\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across Kenya and East Africa
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders
\n\tConduct market research and monitor industry trends to support business growth
\n\tDeliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients and partners
\n\tLead negotiations, close contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies
\n\tTrack sales performance metrics and prepare management reports<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in sales and business development within the medical equipment or consumables sector
\n\tProven success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
\n\tStrong leadership and team management experience
\n\tExperience working with distributors is an added advantage
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
\n\tWillingness to travel frequently across the region<\/p>\n
Salary: KSh 100,000 + Commissions<\/p>\n
