This role requires a deep understanding of the health insurance market, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.<\/p>\n<p>KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the health insurance sector.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth targets.<br \/>\n\tSet sales targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance against targets.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.<br \/>\n\tAct as the primary point of contact for Intermediaries inquiries, issues, and feedback.<br \/>\n\tLead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.<br \/>\n\tClose sales deals and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.<br \/>\n\tPrepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and mitigate risks associated with client contracts and relationships<\/p>\n<p>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<p>Competences<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.<br \/>\n\tExcellent organizational and time management skills.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br \/>\n\tA self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br \/>\n\tWillingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
