Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe HR Intern will provide support to the Human Resources department in daily operations,including employee record management, recruitment, payroll, performance appraisals, and
\n\toffice administration. This role is designed to give practical exposure to HR processes whilecontributing to organizational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
HR Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and timely updates on leave and attendance.
\n\tSupport payroll processing, employee onboarding, and offboarding .
\n\tProvide recruitment support by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in disciplinary hearings with proper documentation.
\n\tAssist in performance appraisals by ensuring evaluations are completed on time and documentation is properly filed.<\/p>\n
Office Administration & Supplies Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure monthly shopping and stationery budget allocation is completed at the end of each month.
\n\tOversee daily supply of weekly breakfast and water refills within allocated budgets.
\n\tMaintain adequate warehouse operational resources (GRNs, reflectors, receipt books,uniforms, dispatch books ,tapes).<\/p>\n
Other Duties<\/p>\n
\tPerform any other duties assigned by the HR department or management.
\n\tAdministrative tasks as required.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tCompleted a degree\/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\tBasic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n\tStrong organizational and communication skills.<\/p>\n
