About the role<\/p>\n
\tAs Manager, Internal Consulting, you\u2019ll serve as the engagement owner for high-priority internal consulting projects. You\u2019ll lead work end-to-end\u2014from scoping and analysis through execution and handover\u2014while mentoring Associates and Analysts who support the work.\u00a0This is not a formal people-management role. Instead, it\u2019s a project leadership and coaching role. You\u2019ll set direction, delegate effectively, raise the quality bar, and ensure our work is rigorous, practical, and useful to the teams we serve.\u00a0You\u2019ll think like a management consultant but act like an operator: comfortable moving from frameworks and data to field realities and follow-through.<\/p>\n

Project Leadership & Delivery (~65%)<\/p>\n
\tLead or co-lead consulting engagements from problem definition through execution and handover.
\n\tDesign analyses, guide Associates\u2019 work, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
\n\tManage internal client relationships to ensure work is relevant, actionable, and adopted.
\n\tSupport pilots, innovations, and growth initiatives that accelerate F4E\u2019s impact.<\/p>\n
Mentorship & Coaching (~25%)<\/p>\n
\tCoach Associates and Analysts on structured problem-solving, analysis, and communication.
\n\tReview work products and provide timely, actionable feedback.
\n\tModel high standards for rigor, clarity, and follow-through.<\/p>\n
Organizational Insight (~10%)<\/p>\n
\tStay informed on trends in school feeding, social enterprise operations, and organizational design.
