Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by managing client interactions across phone and email channels, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring service excellence aligned with international standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tHandle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
\n\tRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and clarity
\n\tManage customer accounts and update service records in CRM systems
\n\tFollow up on outstanding accounts where applicable (debt collection exposure an advantage)
\n\tResolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
\n\tMaintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients
\n\tEnsure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies
\n\tMeet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
\n\tPrepare and submit routine reports to supervisors
\n\tSupport continuous improvement in customer service delivery processes<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field
\n\t3\u20135 years of customer service experience in BPO, banking, telecommunications, or call center environments
\n\tStrong exposure to structured customer handling processes in regulated industries (banking\/financial services preferred)
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills with high fluency in English
\n\tStrong problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
\n\tAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
\n\tHigh level of professionalism when dealing with international clients
\n\tCertificate of Good Conduct (mandatory)
\n\tClean Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) record<\/p>\n
