Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tManage assigned low-tier customer portfolios and provide administrative and operational support to the Relationship Management team to ensure efficient service delivery, timely reporting, and smooth execution of pension scheme operations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOwn the planning and delivery of customer engagement forums for the assigned portfolio, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. \u00a0
\n\tAct as the first-line support for basic client inquiries and escalate unresolved issues.\u00a0
\n\tLiaison between customers and the relevant pension operations team to ensure all customer queries \/ requests are attended to within the set timelines.\u00a0
\n\tPrepare meeting packs, presentations, and logistics for member education forums, AGMs, and trustee engagements.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop customer communications, training manuals and write-ups in reference to Retirement Benefits.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate customer technology training logistics (invites, follow-ups, attendance registers).\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate Board of Trustee Meetings and Annual General Meetings for Income Drawdown Plan, Individual Plans and Umbrella Plans.\u00a0
\n\tContinuously engage in contribution and arrears collections as well as in suspense balances clearance.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop routine reports and ensure accuracy before submission.\u00a0
\n\tReview documentation from customers and raise requests in the CRM (Customer Requests Management) system for tracking and resolution by relevant parties.\u00a0
\n\tFacilitate provision of necessary information and data required during scheme audits.\u00a0
\n\tFile scheme compliance documents such as governance policies, Investment Policy statements, Trust deeds and rules, and contracting out documents with the Retirement Benefits Authority.\u00a0
\n\tAttend to walk in customers under the employer sponsored schemes.\u00a0
\n\tPerform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.\u00a0
\n\tDelegated Authority: As per the approved Delegated Authority Matrix.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in a business-related field.\u00a0
\n\t1 – 2 years\u2019 experience in pensions, financial services, or relationship management.\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of RBA regulatory requirements and pension industry concepts.<\/p>\n
