This platform includes discounts, smartphones, e\u2011commerce opportunities, and on\u2011demand credit lines. About this role<\/p>\n
\tAs the\u00a0Field Technician, you will be responsible for administrative and mechanical maintenance of the company assets. This will involve installing, monitoring and tracking the company asset

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Asset Readiness & Disbursement<\/p>\n
\tInspect all company assets on delivery, make an assessment that they are in good mechanical condition, receive the assets and sign a delivery note based on what has been received.
\n\tReport any delivered damaged\/ faulty assets to the Branch Executive, Procurement Officer, and General Manager.
\n\tImmediately after offloading newly received assets and accessories, capture and record them into the ERP system.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all assets are well branded, placed in a secure storage and organised systematically to allow for easy and timely access during disbursement.
\n\tEnsuring all company assets ready for disbursement are captured and recorded in CRM and ERP, active and traceable on the Tugende dashboard.
\n\tEnsure all disbursed company assets and accessories are picked and packed on the disbursement date.<\/p>\n
Inventory and warehousing management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRecording of all second-hand hand bikes returned to the Branch.
\n\tUpdate the inventory register with the specific details of the assets and accessories\u00a0 held in stock at the branch (Brand, Colour, Value) in the ERP.
\n\tEnsure that the inventory kept at the branch is well maintained in a clean and organised\u00a0 manner.
\n\tEnsure both the physical and ERP inventory register tally at all times.
\n\tUninstall the GPS tracker unit from the completed assets.
\n\tEnsure GPS\u2019 are available for installation in regards to planning based on current stock and advising procurements on restocking.
\n\tKeep track of inventory levels and share snapshot reports as required from time to time.
\n\tEnsure that GPS units are availed to the Tugende\u00a0 branches<\/p>\n
Document Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all delivery notes of all assets , accessories, and spare parts are signed, scanned and kept on file in both soft and hard copies at the branch.
\n\tEnsure picking lists are generated from the ERP, signed by the client and records kept at the branches.\u00a0
\n\tDaily reconciliation of the physical stock and the system to ensure that there are no asset losses or gaps with the system.<\/p>\n
Sale, After Sales & Asset Servicing and Maintenance\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMeet the assigned branch monthly\u00a0 sales targets
\n\tEnsure all client and staff assets are active and traceable on the dashboard at all times.
\n\tEnsure all clients and staff assets are maintained in good working conditions at all times.
\n\tMaintaining a tracker of clients and staff assets at all times.
\n\tEnsure inspection of assets is done and recorded before repairs and services are updated on the CRM Database<\/p>\n
Work Experience and Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrated experience with motorcycles and car assembly and repairs.
\n\tAt least one (1) year working experience as a mechanic or electrician with a reputable organisation or institute.
\n\tA Diploma in Electrical\/ Mechanical\/ Automobile Engineering, or Motor Vehicle mechanics, obtained from a certified and recognised institution of learning.
\n\tShould have a valid motorbike riding licence.(Mandatory)<\/p>\n
Technical Skills and Behavioural Attributes<\/p>\n
\tAbility to work under pressure with minimal supervision
\n\tAbility to interpret & understand technical diagrams and manuals
\n\tAbility to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
\n\tFamiliarity with mobile tools and applications
\n\tKnowledge of health and safety issues related to motorcycle use, including electrical, mechanical and chemical risks<\/p>\n
