Job Specifications:<\/p>\n
\tCurrently pursuing a BS degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
\n\tSolid understanding of basic accounting and accounts principles
\n\tProven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records
\n\tAccurate data entry skills
\n\tAbility to prioritise and multitask
\n\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
\n\tIntermediate computer software skills, including Excel and SAP B1(added Advantage)<\/p>\n
Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tProcess Accounting Payables in compliance with financial policies and procedures
\n\tCheck accuracy of invoices
\n\tInput and code invoices to cost centre
\n\tProcess invoices
\n\tMatch invoices with purchase orders (if applicable)
\n\tSend invoices to manager for payment approval
\n\tSchedule payments based on standard company payment terms
\n\tVerify and process petty cash claims and manage the approval and payment process
\n\tUpdate and maintain vendor database in a timely manner
\n\tPerform reconciliations including supplier statements and accounts reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and more
\n\tSupport the month end process by providing supporting documentation for month end journals
\n\tReport on aged payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable
\n\tIdentify improvements to the accounts payables process
\n\tRaising of customer receipts<\/p>\n
